Prep for Your Day Zero Call!

Step 1:

Have your outfit(s) ready for your ‘Before’ photos!

Outfit 1: A bikini OR short shorts and a sports bra. Have one of these options on for the start of the call.

(Trust us, in 8 weeks you will be SO happy you took these!)

OPTIONAL Outfit 2: If there is an additional, specific outfit you want to look amazing in 8 weeks from now, we can take a 2nd round of pics in this as well, but this is 100% optional.

Step 2:

Be in an area of your home with:

– Great lighting
– A clean, clutter-free background
– Strong wifi

Step 5:

Get set up on the App!

A) Go to the App Store or Google Play and download the L3 Method App

B) Once downloaded, open the app and choose a username, password and avatar pic.

(Be sure to remember these, we can’t help you if you forget!)

C) Next, navigate to the “Access” Section on the bottom left corner.

D) Scroll almost all the way down til you see L3 VIP $47 / month and choose this option.

E) Tap the “Get Instant Access” button below, double click the side of your phone, and you’re in!

*Please note: If an error screen pops up for a moment, more than likely it is not real, and you are good to go.

Tight on time? This video can be watched after your Day Zero call, but the 2 other videos in Steps 3 and 4 must be watched prior to.
