Small group remote training consists of live, semi-private personal training sessions conducted on Zoom with Certified Master Trainer Lian Price.

What’s included?

Your customized training package comes with:

  • 2 small group training sessions per week on Zoom

  • A detailed workout plan outlining what workouts to complete on the other days of the week, based on your individual goals and current metabolism.

  • 12-week commitment

  • Also, if you are interested in nutrition/weight loss coaching, this will be offered at a heavily discounted rate to all group members.

Who is Lian?

Hey there! For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Lian Price and I’m a 14-year certified fitness, fat loss and nutrition coach, the founder The L3 Method / L3 VIP, The Grow Your Booty Workshop, as well as the new mood-based workout app, Exquiset.

 
 

I currently hold 7 training, nutrition and wellness certifications.

So far in my career, I’ve worked behind the scenes with some of the biggest brands in fitness, trained several celebrities, and personally helped over 1,300 clients lose weight and achieve their highest level of fitness. (30,000+ hours of working experience and counting.)
